A huge thank you to the Newberry College Women’s Basketball Team for spending their morning with our students. From opening car doors and greeting students as they arrived to high-fives, hugs, dancing, and lots of smiles, they brought some serious energy to our morning arrival.
Our students absolutely loved having the Wolves on campus, and we are so grateful for the time they took to connect with them and make them feel special.
Thank you, Newberry College Women’s Basketball, for being such a great example of what it means to show up for your community. We loved having you at BSE and hope you’ll come back soon!

It's hard to believe the new school year will begin in just over a month! To help your family get ready, here are the 2026-2027 School District Supply Lists. We hope sharing them early gives everyone plenty of time to prepare before the first day of school.

The program will provide homework help, creative activities, active play, positive role models, and opportunities for students to build friendships in a safe and supportive environment.
If you're interested in afterschool care for your child, please review the flyer below for registration information and contact the YMCA directly with any questions.
We look forward to this new partnership and the opportunities it will provide for our students and families!
